We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in recruitment, drive employee engagement initiatives, oversee performance management processes, and contribute to building and implementing effective HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent for various roles within the company.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Manage and monitor performance appraisal cycles, provide guidance to managers and employees, and ensure timely feedback and development plans.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and statutory compliance activities as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support organizational growth.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in the construction or related industries.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
