About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to onboarding Manage employee life cycle & HRMS documentation Coordinate training, engagement, and performance management activities Support payroll & statutory compliance

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent 3-6 years of HR experience (manufacturing/corporate preferred) Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel & compliance

Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
