Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for clinical and non-clinical roles
Manage
joining, induction, and employee documentation
Maintain
attendance, leave, and HR records
Coordinate with payroll and ensure
statutory compliance
Address employee queries and support
day-to-day HR operations
Assist in employee engagement, training coordination, and appraisals
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the hospital
Requirements
Graduate / Post-graduate in
HR or related field
3- 5 years of HR experience (hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage)
Good understanding of
labour laws and HR processes
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Organized, trustworthy, and people-focused
