Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
performance management processes
, with a focus on sales team tracking, goal-setting, and appraisals.
Maintain performance records and support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
, primarily for non-IT and sales roles.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including
PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws, and audits
.
Manage and update employee records, documentation, and HRMS systems for
attendance, payroll inputs, and reporting
.
Act as a trusted HR partner to both employees and management, driving efficiency and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
2-5 years of HR generalist experience
, with at least 1 year in
performance management
(preferably sales teams).
Strong knowledge of
Excel, HRMS platforms, and compliance handling
.
Candidates must be based in Kollam or willing to
commute to Irumbuppalam
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
