Ensuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements.
Recruiting of workmen as per the selection procedure specified.Shortlist CV s and arrange interviews.
Coordination of day to day activities of HR Department.
Managing induction and orientation program for new joiners.
Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades and wage rates if warranted.
Provide proper recruiting and training to staff.
Define of Employees
Prepare monthly LOP List and forward to Accounts Department.
Maintain new appointments and resignations.
Maintain duty plan & duty change.
Update registers like leave register, Holiday wage register and attendance register.
Maintain proper files for all staff and follow up with files of new joinees.
Issue of uniform to staffs.
Arrange performance appraisal of employees after 1 year.
Maintain service record book of employees.
Follow up of material request / confirm receipt of proper general store items.
Maintain details regarding employees transfer, promotions and terminations
