Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and documentation.
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Support performance appraisal processes and preparation of related reports.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain related reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.) and coordinate with consultants.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and events.
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff.
Support the management of company assets and inventory records.
Coordinate facility management, AMC renewals, and office security/compliance
Requirements:
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: 3-6 years
