Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Support performance appraisal cycles and ensure timely completion.
Conduct Employee training and Development programme
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Generate Monthly performance reports of employees and HR reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or mid-size company
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
