Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated

HR Executive

who will be responsible for handling

Legal & Statutory Compliance

across our outlets and production units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HR activities are legally compliant and aligned with labour laws and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements. Handle employee contracts, renewals, terminations, and legal notices. Coordinate with external consultants for compliance audits and inspections. Liaise with government departments and labour offices as required. Support internal HR functions like payroll processing and attendance monitoring. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HRMS/legal documentation. Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Law, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR with a focus on legal/statutory compliance. Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices. Strong documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multi-location compliance.
