Core Responsibilities
Policy Framework, Administration & MIS
Supports the creation and management of employee lifecycle policies and procedures including timely updations as directed.
Coordinates with the Senior management & Finance department for HR budget
Responsible for managing employee records and timely MIS and complete data management related to employees.
Responsible for managing Premises, Housekeeping, Security and upkeep of Shop Floor premises in line with the hygiene and in keeping with the statutory requirements from time to time.
