to manage and support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
2. HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
4. Performance Management:
Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track probation confirmations, promotions, and performance review cycles.
Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
5. Policy & Compliance:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and legal requirements.
