Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, Over 2+ year' experience in Operations, Generalist activities, proficiency in hiring senior profiles, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.
Work Profile:
Maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools.
Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience.
Assists employees with human resources needs and communicates with Insperity on employee changes and issues.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.
Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
Work experience in planning strategies and HR operational activities and recruitment.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Ability to create and use technical spreadsheets.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods along with the keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications Required: Post Graduate(MBA). Preferred
