Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to oversee and manage core HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting plant operations through effective talent management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Conduct interviews, background checks, and oversee onboarding and induction.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities. Foster a positive workplace culture with high morale and low attrition.

3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and related acts. Maintain updated employee records, registers, and documentation. Coordinate with labor consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities as needed.

4. Training & Development

Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs. Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS reports.

5. Performance Management

Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisals. Support implementation of HRIS and performance tracking tools.

6. HR Operations

Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and monthly headcount reports. Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Coordinate disciplinary actions and exit formalities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
