Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
Manage employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
Maintain employee records and handle day-to-day HR operations.
Support in performance management processes.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave records, and other allowances/deductions.
Assist in resolving payroll-related queries of employees.
4. Compliance & Documentation
Support statutory compliance processes .
Prepare HR letters, notices, and documentation as required.
Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization.
5. Grievance Handling
Address employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure resolution as per company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and payroll coordination.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRMS tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist .
