Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, and other job posting platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a good fit for both the candidate and the company.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in HR or recruitment, with a focus on IT and non-IT roles.
Experience on hiring of Business Development role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
International hiring experience is a plus.
