IDBI Intech Ltd is looking for a results-driven HR Professional with hands-on experience in HRIS management and Performance Management Systems (PMS). The candidate will play a key role in automating HR operations, maintaining HR databases, and driving the performance appraisal process across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of employee data. Administer end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and performance calibration. Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics from HRIS for strategic decision-making. Ensure data integrity and provide troubleshooting support for HRIS-related issues. Work closely with department heads and HR business partners to align performance goals with business objectives. Support the digital transformation of HR processes through system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. Train users and ensure adherence to PMS timelines and processes. Assist in employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes via HRIS.

Skills Required:



Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle HCM, Zoho People, etc.) Experience managing performance appraisal systems across multiple levels. Excellent data management, reporting, and analytical skills using Excel and HR dashboards. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Exposure to other HR functional areas like onboarding, employee engagement, or HR operations is a plus.

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with specific exposure to HRIS and PMS modules Experience in the BFSI or IT services sector will be an added advantage
