Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT/Retail roles.
Manage a team of 2-3 recruiters and guide them on sourcing strategies, screening, and closures.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver within timelines.
Ensure smooth interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer management.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure hiring targets are met.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Retail/Non-IT.
Prior experience in managing a small team of recruiters.
Strong sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
