Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other innovative channels.
Craft engaging recruiting emails and job posts to attract passive candidates.
Screen resumes, evaluate applications, and conduct initial interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide shortlisted candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Prepare and administer candidate assessments and skill tests as needed.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and key HR metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
Handle job postings across company portals, internal referrals, and social media platforms.
Communicate job offers, answer queries regarding compensation, and assist with onboarding formalities.
Desired Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Ability to manage multiple requirements with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
