Responsibilities and Duties
Finding out required key roles and successful identification of resources for succession planning
Identify the training needs and organize in/out house training against the requirement
Coordinate initial induction training
Employee motivation activities and coordination of employee engagement activities
Completion of periodical reviews
Documentation of different types of training and expenses incurred on an employee regarding his training
Arranging and conducting interviews/initials screening the candidates coordinating in recruitment
Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievances or issue.
Interaction with employees and taking measures to increase employee satisfaction.
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
Completion of employee engagement activity within a stipulated period of time.
Successful completion of Ad-hoc activities assigned.
