Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

Senior HR Executive

from the

FMCG / F&B sector

who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, compliance, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in factory/plant or corporate HR operations, manpower planning, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for corporate, sales, and plant roles Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning Manage

joining formalities, induction, and onboarding process

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Manage

attendance, leave, shift, and roster management

Handle

confirmation, increments, transfers, promotions, and exits

Ensure smooth

Full & Final settlements

and exit formalities Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

3. Payroll & Compliance



Coordinate payroll processing with finance/vendor Handle

statutory compliances

: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF Factory Act / Shops & Establishment Act Manage audits and compliance documentation Liaise with consultants and government authorities when required

4. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee grievances Support

employee engagement activities

and initiatives Ensure discipline, workplace policies, and code of conduct adherence Support performance management and appraisal processes

5. Policy & Process Implementation



Implement and monitor

HR policies, SOPs, and processes

Ensure policy alignment with labor laws and business needs Support HR audits and internal controls

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong exposure to

FMCG / F&B HR operations

Sound knowledge of

Indian labor laws & statutory compliance

Hands-on experience with

HRMS, payroll systems, and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a

fast-paced, high-volume workforce

Problem-solving and employee-centric approach

Qualification



MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent 4-5 years of relevant HR experience in

FMCG / F&B sector

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
