Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, and day-to-day HR processes, preferably in an agency or fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination. Handle onboarding and exit formalities including documentation, induction, and handover processes. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communications. Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory requirements. Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation. Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents. Support management with HR reports and MIS. #####

Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations (mandatory). Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in digital agencies, startups, or service-based organizations is a plus.
