Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Head HR
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and hands-on HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters)
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Address employee queries and grievances
Support performance management process
Maintain discipline and company policies
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain HR MIS and documentation
Support audits and management reports
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command over MS Excel, Word, HRMS
Ability to handle confidential data
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
3-6 years of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment
Experience in handling payroll & statutory compliances preferred
Preferred Industry:
Automobile/ Corporate HR
