Job Overview

: We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a strong workplace culture -- we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the HR team's daily operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Handle employee documentation and records management including offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, etc.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, especially PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance management Maintain HRIS and support payroll coordination.

Requirements

:

2-3 years of core HR experience

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)

Hands-on experience in HR operations and policy implementation

Excellent team management, communication & interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR is a plus
