Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic and support roles.
Source, screen, and schedule interviews through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Conduct joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation.
2. Attendance & HR Operations
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and shift adherence.
Ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Track late comings, absenteeism, and escalate as required.
Manage ID cards, employee files, and compliance documentation.
3. Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Address grievances and escalate issues when needed.
Organize employee engagement activities.
Maintain a healthy work environment and support leadership in maintaining discipline.
4. Performance & Compliance
Support in setting KRAs/KPIs and performance tracking.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Ensure company policies are followed at the clinic level.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate new hire training and refresher sessions.
Maintain training calendars and attendance.
Track training performance and submit reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Good understanding of HR operations, attendance, and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
