Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment, performance management, training, compliance, and client coordination. The role involves implementing HR policies, improving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and offer processing.
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs.
Facilitate performance appraisals and training programs to enhance employee development.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve HR-related issues.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for HR outsourcing or recruitment services.
Provide HR advisory services and support business objectives through HR strategies.
Generate HR reports and analyze workforce trends to improve processes.
