Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
site and corporate roles
Coordinate with project/site managers for manpower planning
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR MIS
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act
Manage contractor compliance and labour documentation
Coordinate with consultants for audits and inspections
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Support performance management and appraisals
Promote healthy work culture across sites and HO
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HR Generalist functions
Experience in
Construction / Real Estate industry
preferred
Good understanding of
labour laws and statutory compliance
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HRMS
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects
Qualifications
Graduation in
HR / Management / Any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred
CTC: As per industry standards / Based on interview
