Key Responsibilities
IT Recruitment (Primary Focus):
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for junior, mid, and senior-level positions.
Understand technical requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Source profiles using
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial rounds.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment metrics such as
TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates
.
HR Operations & Generalist Activities:
Assist in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in
IT Recruitment
(mandatory).
Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Proficiency in using
ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
3-7 years of relevant experience in
IT industry recruitment
.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience hiring for niche and emerging technologies.
Exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
Experience working in fast-paced IT or startup environments.
