Job Summary:

The HR Operations Executive will support the smooth functioning of HR Operations processes, focusing on employee life cycle management, payroll administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to ensure operational excellence and enhance employee experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM):

Spearhead the execution and continuous enhancement of all phases of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Streamline ELCM processes by implementing strategies leveraging technology and industry best practices to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data records for organizational restructuring, department shifts, or employee transitions.

2. Compliance and Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate employee master data records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide employee data support for cross-functional requirements, such as bids, projects, and organizational events.

Incorporate system changes in response to organizational needs, such as restructuring, manager change or functional updates.

Leverage HRMS tools to ensure operational efficiency and accurate data management.

3. Third-Party Employee Management:

Oversee all phases of the third-party employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave & attendance management, payroll processing, insurance, and exit formalities.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for third-party employees, in compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.

4. Payroll Administration:

Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance with tax laws, and timely processing.

Collaborate on the preparation and analysis of payroll and benefits-related reports to support decision-making and strategy development.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.

5. Insurance Benefits Administration:

Manage employee insurance processes, including enrolment/endorsement, renewals, claims support, and communication with providers.

6. HR Operations and Policy Development:

Monitor and evaluate HR operational activities to uphold high standards of service delivery across ELCM, payroll, and benefits administration.

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes by adopting industry best practices.

Collaborate in the development and revision of HR policies and SOPs, ensuring alignment with ELCM, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.

7. Vendor Management:

Coordinate and manage various HR-related vendor agreements, ensuring compliance and proper management of terms

Coordinate with HR vendors and agencies to ensure seamless operations and adherence to regulations.

8. Employee Engagement and Support:

Drive employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing events and well-being activities to enhance organizational culture.

Provide first-level support for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and operational matters.

9. Leave and Attendance Management:

Manage and oversee leave and attendance systems to ensure accurate records, compliance with policies, and seamless integration with payroll processes.

10. Onboarding and Exit Formalities:

Ensure completion of end-to-end onboarding formalities and coordinate exit formalities for both on-roll and third-party employees within TAT.

11. Data Analytics and Reporting:

Prepare and analyze HR reports on ELCM, payroll, and benefits, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
