About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic

HR Manager

to lead our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and new hire integration.

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.

Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisals and development plans.

Compliance & Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR policies.

Training & Development:

Implement employee training programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Assist with salary and benefits administration.

HR Analytics:

Track and report on key HR metrics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
