Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR):
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
Assist in HR audits and MIS reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles.
Strong knowledge of HR functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in handling both HR and administrative functions in a mid-sized organization.
