Job Description

Joining & Induction: Responsible for new employees joining PAN India and International. ? Recruitment: Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle.

Back Ground Verification: Monitoring complete data for BGC.

Payroll: Responsible for monthly salary processing.

Taxation: Tax deduction as per declaration and filling return and issued form 16 end of Financial Year.

Statutory Compliance: Responsible for monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and yearly payroll and non- payroll compliance. ? PF: Responsible for the Monthly PF remittance (ECR) and PF withdrawal, Pension, Death and transfer cases.

Training & Development: Formulating of annual, monthly training calendar according to Business plan and planned in fucntional areas.

Preparing of Annual training budget and Approving by management.

Audit & Documentation: Preparation of HR Related "Training" documents of ISO, IATF , NABL like Training Record, Training feedback, Skill matrix, Training Effectiveness etc. ? Attendance Management:

Updating employees' attendance in HRMS portal for the salary processing. ?

Performance Appraisal: Handling yearly and mid-year appraisal for both the companies. Coordination: with branches with HR Spoc /Coordinator/ Manager for Statutory Compliance Notices etc ?

Vendor coordination / Flexi Pay / Full & Final / Appointment, Relieving Letters/Employee Welfare/Bonus calculation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
