Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong hands-on HR execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance, and leave data.
Coordinate training programs and conduct inductions.
Address employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives.
Implement HR policies, POSH, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate and guide HR support staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Mandatory experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
Skills:
Strong HR operations knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws
Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
