Key Responsibilities:1. HR Administration & Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards are met.
Support employee engagement and performance review processes.
2. Administrative & Office Operations
Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility management.
Schedule meetings, handle documentation, and support executive tasks.
Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Streamline administrative processes for improved efficiency.
3. Client Management & External Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Support project coordination and service delivery to clients.
Track and follow up on client communications and feedback.
Ensure a professional and prompt client experience.
