Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the whole hiring process, including sourcing, screening, offers, and induction. Employee Relations: Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and promote a cooperative, positive atmosphere.
Performance Management: oversee performance evaluations and assist with staff development initiatives. Create checklists, SOPs, and KRAs.

HR Policies: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure that HR documentation and employee records are accurate.

Training & Development: Coordinate internal training programs. Support learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities

Employee Engagement: Organize engagement activities, wellness programs, and improve morale.

Data & Reporting: Maintain HRMS, manage records, and analyze HR metrics for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to core HR functions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, and other HR tools

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
