Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
Track performance data and documentation.
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor welfare).
Handle audits and statutory filings.
Maintain compliance documentation.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
7. HR Policy Implementation
Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Support HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
4-7 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in corporate / manufacturing service industries (as applicable)
