Position Summary



We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to manage and oversee a full spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach to daily HR operations and a strategic mindset to support the company's growth and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing

s (JD)

and

Job Specifications (JS)

for various designations. Source, screen, and hire new candidates across different levels and grades. Handle all aspects of

joining, onboarding, and new hire documentation

. Conduct new employee induction and prepare and distribute joining documents, including the "What's Next" list and a list of key responsibilities and goals (

KRA/KPI

). Coordinate with department heads to ensure new hires have necessary systems and workspace.

Statutory Compliance & Payroll



Ensure strict adherence to all statutory compliances, including

PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)

. Process and manage monthly

payroll

, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement, and coordinate with the Accounts and Director for auditing. Maintain all statutory registers and ensure proper record-keeping. Oversee

TDS

calculations and deductions related to employee salaries. Conduct

POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)

meetings and meticulously record the Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

Employee Relations & Administration



Maintain and monitor daily

attendance and leave records

, and address absenteeism. Manage records of employee advances and loans. Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate support. Organize and execute employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and other events. Administer and manage various HR policies, including

Leave, Time & Attendance, Reimbursement, Travel, Code of Conduct, Uniform, Health & Safety, and Appraisal

. Monitor office discipline and ensure the safety and security of the office premises and plant. Oversee administrative tasks such as cleaning checklists, asset tagging, and preparing or renewing

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

and other agreements. Conduct licensing and liaisoning with external agencies as needed.

Performance Management & Employee Exit



Coordinate and conduct

confirmation appraisals

and review employee performance with department heads. Review

KRA/KPIs

and provide constructive feedback to employees. Create and issue formal letters for promotions, increments,

Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)

, and confirmations. Identify training needs through a

Training Need Analysis

and plan relevant training programs. Manage the full employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews. Prepare

Full & Final (F&F)

settlements and ensure a smooth exit process for departing employees. Maintain a record of re-hiring information for former employees.
