Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

Overseeing the recruitment process through online job portals, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and providing guidance to managers and employees.

Training and Development:

Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and promoting employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's budget.

Policy Development and Implementation:

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations PF, ESIC, bonus, Labour Welfare etc, Insurance.

HR Operations:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and reporting.

Budget Management:

Overseeing HR budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Change Management:

Guiding and supporting employees through organizational changes.

Communication:

Maintaining open communication channels with employees and management.

Employee Engagement:

Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
