We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, statutory compliances, and payroll operations via Zoho Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to handle HR operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
Oversee statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc. and liaise with consultants/government offices when needed
Handle payroll processing via Zoho Payroll, ensuring accuracy and on-time salary disbursement
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Conduct and track exit formalities, documentation, and final settlements
Ensure renewal of statutory documents and readiness for audits
Support grievance handling, HR policies, and internal process improvements
Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll-related reconciliations
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and compliance documentation for audits
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in core HR functions
Proven experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, and payroll management
Proficient in Zoho Payroll and MS Office tools
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR documentation standards
Excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written
Ability to manage HR operations independently with a solution-oriented mindset
Must be residing within 15-20 km of Prabhadevi, Mumbai
