Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviews
Coordinate with vendors and manage external hiring partners
Handle joining formalities, document verification, and employee onboarding
Plan and execute induction, orientation, and employee training programs
Assist in salary inputs, employee muster updates, and HRMS data management
Track training effectiveness and maintain records for compliance
Support general HR operations and reporting
Requirements:
Excellent communication and fluent English
Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills
Presentable, polite, punctual, and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with HRMS software is a plus
Ability to conduct presentations and training sessions confidently
