: Sr. HR Executive
Experience:
02 to 04 Years (Must have an Experience in Agency)
Based in Ahmedabad
Working Days: 6 days a week [Saturday 10 to 4]
What you'll be working on:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Creative, Digital, Design, Operations).
Handle on boarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, and attendance/leave management.
Support payroll coordination with finance.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
Maintain HR policies, performance review cycles, and exit procedures.
Prepare HR reports and assist leadership in manpower planning.
We're looking for someone who:
2-4 years of HR experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and basic HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR tools/HRMS.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Industry knowledge in Digital Marketing Agency and Surface Industry.
