Assist in recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
Coordinate with ITIs, labour contractors, and agencies for manpower needs.
Handle onboarding, induction, and attendance management.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.) and required records.
Support payroll inputs and maintain HR documentation.
Organize basic training and performance review assistance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA HR/MLW/MSW preferred.
3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/factory environment.
Fluency in Gujarati & Hindi; working knowledge of English.
Skills:
