Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of employees.
Developing & implementing HR policies, systems, and procedures.
Employee engagement activities to build a positive culture.
Payroll processing, attendance & leave management.
Statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management System (KRA/KPI implementation).
Training & development initiatives.
Handling employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
4-7 years of HR experience (manufacturing/trading/electronics preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliances, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
