Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs including documentation and offer letter roll out.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
Assist in administering employee benefits and welfare programs.
Should be able to manage ESI and PF single handedly
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2-4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS/ATS).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
