Job Purpose:
The Senior HR Executive - Generalist will manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies and procedures, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Support initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.
Organize employee welfare, recognition, and cultural activities.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
4. Performance Management
Support appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
Assist managers in handling performance-related discussions.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
Maintain records of employee skill development programs.
6. Exit Formalities
Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding.
Analyze attrition data and suggest retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in Interior Design / Retail / Manufacturing industries).
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
