Job Summary:
The Senior HR Generalist Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training & development, and performance management. This role will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & HR Operations:
Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports.
Performance Management:
Coordinate annual appraisal process and goal-setting exercises.
Guide managers in employee development and succession planning.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
Monitor effectiveness of training sessions.
HR Strategy Support:
Support HR Manager/Director in designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Participate in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / Master's degree in HRM or equivalent.
5-8 years of progressive HR generalist experience (including minimum 2 years in a senior role).
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
