Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Draft and publish job postings across portals & social media.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
Plan & execute employee engagement activities and events.
Promote a positive work culture by ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personal files.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Draft HR policies, SOPs, and ensure implementation.
4. Performance Management
Assist in setting up KRAs/KPIs and monitor performance evaluation cycles.
Support managers in appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain training calendars and evaluate effectiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in MS Office & HR software (HRIS, payroll systems).
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in [your industry]).
Strong exposure to recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
