Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT, Consulting, or Digital Transformation sectors.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation & benefits).
Hands-on experience with HRMS systems and MS Office tools.
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, approachable attitude and a people-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
Manage HR operations including employee records, HRMS updates, documentation, and reporting.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and reward programs.
Support Learning & Development activities, career development plans, and training coordination.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and company policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.
Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with finance and external vendors.
Assist leadership in organizational planning, succession planning, and workforce analysis.
Create and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
