Designation: Sr. Executive HR for a Retails Jewelry Store
Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
~Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
~Oversee employee induction, training, and development programs.
~Standard operating procedure development and implementation
~KRI/KPI Development and implementation
~Customer Service training and managerial Development
~Act as a trusted advisor to Employees and Leadership on HR-relatedmatters.
~Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
~Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
~Administer compensation and benefits programs.
~Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
~Analyze HR metrics to improve decision-making and process

Educational Qualifications: Masters in Business Administration - HR
Experience : 5-6 years
