To manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment support, employee documentation, HR administration, and coordination to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities and interview schedules
Maintain and update employee records and personal files
Process employee joining and onboarding formalities
Manage attendance and leave records
Support payroll by providing accurate inputs
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS
Ensure proper filing and documentation
Assist in HR initiatives and activities
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Accuracy of employee records
Timely completion of HR processes
Compliance with HR policies and procedures

Qualifications
- MBA (HR) / Graduate
Experience -
4+ years total experience
(Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience)
