Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (sales, operations & support roles).
Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance resolution.
Drive performance management, appraisals, and PIP where needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws & statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll coordination and employee benefits.
Implement training & development programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
MBA/PG in HR preferred.
Min 4 years' HR experience (travel/hospitality/service industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR practices & labor laws.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
