Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Identify, develop, and retain top talent; design and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
3. Foster a positive work environment; develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
4. Support organizational change initiatives; communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
5. Develop and implement performance management processes; provide coaching and feedback to employees.
6. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs; develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
7. Issuance of all employment letters
8. Handle the exit employee data
9. Keep track on the productivity of TV/Print/Digital employees
10. Send PIP mails to below performer.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
